1. Original sign-in shall be in person.

2. Referral sign-in shall take place Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm.

3. All applicants are to re-sign each month between the 10th and the 16th.

4. Jobs will be placed on the night recorder for the next day's jobs.  The recorder may be called between the hours of 5:00pm - 8:00am.  Recorder number is 417-623-3723.

5. If you are interested in one of the jobs posted, call Dispatch between 8:30am - 10:00am the next business day at 417-623-2025.  All jobs will be given in order of book number.  You will be notified by 12:00pm that day.

6. The Business Manager or designer is responsible filling all calls in a timely manner as needed by employers.  This means in an emergency, a referral may have to be made using whatever means are available to fill calls and place registrants.

7. Failure to sign or reconfirm according to the above rules will result in removal of your name from the out-of-work list.

8. A registrant who is hired and who, through no fault of their own, works less than 40 hours, upon re-registration will be restored to his/her appropriated place within his/her group.

9. Any registrant accepting a referral for employment and then failing to report or declining not to take the job call shall be removed from the out-of-work list.

10. Registrants who receive two discharges for cause within a twelve month period will be suspended as to their continued eligibility for referral.
